This game makes me feel unspeakably guilty, sometimes.

Mostly Harriet. I can't handle saying 'no' to her when she offers to give me a boys' hair cut. It hurts every time!

No, no, no, Harriet, you're fine. I just don't want a boy haircut right now I swear you're okay baby ;o;

Hehe. I always feel bad when I turn her down for that offer too. She takes it so personally. I just want to tell her "no no it's ok, I just would prefer another style today."

Oh wow, I didn't even know Harriet offered a guy's haircut. I hardly go see her, but wow. Did not know.

I feel bad for missing times to go hang out with villagers sometimes. I picture them sitting in their house or waiting outside my house at the time and just getting sad. I say no unless I know for sure I'll be playing that long.

I hate whenever I displease any villager just because they try to make you feel bad. Can't I just say no in peace without feeling guilty about saying it.

The past two days Julian has tried to buy an item I was going to give to the museum only to get depressed and walk around mopey when I told him no. I felt bad so both days that I wrote him a letter and included a gift in hopes that it'd make him feel better.

I've never even gotten that prompt yet lol, so I don't have to go through that hahaha.

I feel a bit bad when I accept a request to catch a rare-ish bug or fish, and then it doesn't turn up until after they're fast asleep. I must be getting an awful reputation in my town for being unreliable. XD

Same :(

I had like three villagers all ask me for a rainbow stag in one day. For the life of me, I don't understand the sudden obsession, and I don't have the patience to actually do it. So I tell them no and they always get so upset. Auughh.

I hate it when villagers ask to visit at a specific time. I end up forgetting 90% of the time and I can just see them getting all sad and lonely. ;_;

Also when I logged into my mule character after ages in order to change her looks and talk to Sable I went and introduced myself to everyone (because half of the town's residents weren't around when she was made), and Zell said something like "You never came to meet me, I thought you hated me". I felt like complete trash.

I do have some neighbors that respond completely understanding that I can't give them some item or complete some task, but then there's always those neighbors that get all sad and mopey and make you feel like the most terrible person on the planet when you tell them "no".

They're like spoiled little children xc

when I tell Isabelle I want to demolish a pwp I feel bad for her. :(

I love playing the game and love my villagers...but I don't feel bad when I turn her or anyone else down since they don't have real feelings. It's just their prompt based on your own reaction. The game is awesome for its casual play and interactions (people have gotten really creative), but I still have my feet on the ground...they are after all, computer generated. :)

I only feel bad when I deny them something and they mope about it or forget to visit. It should be an option to talk with that villager again, as long as it's before the set time, and ask to change the meeting time if you realize you can't make it later. >.<

I usually try to fulfill any request, except the rare bugs and fish....half the time, I haven't caught it myself yet! I like when they want furniture because I'm always hoarding some... :3

Oh my gosh, yes! Isabelle, don't give me those sad puppy eyes. :( It's only a picnic basket.

I hate turning down villagers request but sometimes I just don't have the time, like if it's a rare bug or something or they want to visit my house later.
