I can never seem to get Gracie in my town?

I have TT'ed well over a year and still no Gracie? I have bought enough and everything from my shop, it has been around for a while also. I understand that it is completely random but It just doesnt make sense to me why she hasnt even showed up once.

I know how you feel. Before restarting, I had been looking for Agent S on my own for a long time and she never showed up. I pretty much had enough of TTing. Still don't have her now, but hopefully I will get her in my village this time. Good luck on your search for Gracie!
