This is how to level up any sig that isn't linked, just to help you here.
1. Click on my own license.
2. It will redirect you to another website. Look at the URL.
3. At the end of the URL is a number. That is the ID number. It is on every license. Highlight those numbers.
4. Replace the number (1016 in my license's case) with the other ID, and hit enter. Now you can level up any license.
