In order for this to be awesome, there are three requirements:

The ability to travel between Johto and Kanto

Make your own Pokeballs out of those seeds

SNORLAX DOLLLLLLLL

I doubt that.
The Pokeballs that resulted out of those acorns (Quick Ball, Timer Ball, Net Ball, etc.) are buyable in DPP. Assuming that, of course, Nintendo doesn't want to alienate the people who plays/played DPP.

Also, Snorlax Doll is God Tier.

I dunno, I feel that they should still be there. Their designs were completely different and there are a couple that did not make it into the new ones such as the one that made it easier to catch heavy Pokemon.
