I acquire assistance!

Hey everyone, I'm a little new here but I'm here in hopes of help via Wi-Fi. (Its weird because I can access dream suite just fine and the internet but I cant go multiplayer online.)

My deal is that my interwebs have been acting a little funky lately, and I need some help from long-distance to see if I have fixed it. What I would like to test is if I can bring people into my town, and if I can do that see if I can send myself to a town far away. If it works out ok I can give you an inventory's worth of turnips for free or something from my town (except villagers.. I dont wanna lose Beau, Gladys or Olaf, etc.)

I'd be really grateful if this actually turns out AOK but I do need help to check.
