Buying Hydrangeas, Clovers + more!

I'm landscaping my town and I'm in need of some items

I need 100 pink hydrangeas - preferably 1 tbt each but will negotiate

50 Clovers - 2 tbt each

And if I can get some white roses for free, I'd really appreciate it ^^
