Buying Hybrids! :)

I really need some hybrid to make my town pretty, I'm not exactly a bellionaire so I'd be looking to only spend 30-70k per flower. I know it's not much but anybody willing to sell it would be greatly appreciated.

What I'm looking for:
Purple+blue+ orange pansies
all hybrid roses, but especially pink!
orange, pink, black tulips
Pink lilies
pink cosmos
pink + white carnations

Will pay quite a lot!
