Buying Hybrids, Saplings & Bush Starts

So I recently restarted my town and left my stuff at another persons, but they didn't give it back. I have very little hybrids, saplings and bush starts to make my town look nice now, only having Nookling Junction in Main Street.
Please bare in mind that I don't have a lot of money seeing as I have just restarted, but I would like to get as many hybrids as I can.
