I suggest you head to the island and play some games that allow you to run around on the island. You can either try to earn medals and then pick up the flowers, or just fill your pockets and wait for the time to run out. Don't wear a hat or accessory so you can put a lily on your head and a rose in your mouth. I am not entirely certain if the lilies are available on the island or not, but I think the trip is at least worth it for some more roses.

I know that most of the tours don't have lilies, but the butterfly one does. I'm sure there are others as well, but I haven't tested many out to see yet. I might do that today actually since I'm looking for them as well, aha. Good luck! c:
