From what I've experienced, you only really get hybrids from your villagers if you're really high in the friendship department, and it's pretty uncommon. Skye sent me a black tulip yesterday randomly.

I don't think that's true, since Vic only moved in last week, and I haven't had a chance to do anything for him.

I wrote him one letter. ^_^

tammy sends me hybrids sometimes! i feel like they're usually orange tulips, but they could be other orange flowers. i think she might've sent me a couple of pink ones. she hasn't sent any in a while.

Velma sent me a flower in the mail. Although it was one she was displaying in her house.

If I remember correctly, none of my villagers ever sent me a hybrid. If they sent me stuff, then
it was the typical stuff they would send, like clothes and such. But it's nice to know that they
able to do this.

Nope. All I receive is furniture or shirts that I then go to sell in the Re-Tail store. Lucky you!

ive never gotten any form of plant (other than fruit) from a villager before! though thats probably because i rarely mail them,, eheh
