Looking For Hybrid flower help

Hello everyone!

I have quite a few DIY recipes using hybrid flowers, and I have been able to do some, but I'm having issues with a few. Can anyone explain how to get purple windflowers and blue pansies, I've read a few how tos online and have gotten different answers for ACNH. Any advise? I've been trying for a few weeks now.
