If you haven't played a Hurt/heal, then here's how it works:
Every Stater from the Pokemon series are given a score of 5 in a list format (the list is below) Players then Heal (+1) and Hurt (-1) 'mons from the list until only one remains. When choosing to heal and hurt, make sure to copy the list from the most recent post and make your changes on the post you copied. If you manage to KO a 'mon (by making their count reach zero) then add it to the KO'ed list at the bottom.
