Hunt for O'hare

Hello! right now sadely i have 10 villagers, but im trying to get Diva to move out, but i really want O'hare! He is a brown bunny with a hat

I use to have him then with out telling me he left me ! ;-;
I know you can get a neighbor you used to have back , they just "won't remeber you"

Once i get Diva out i will be hunting for him!

You can only get him back after 16 villagers have left, and the game deletes and memory of ever having him

But if he was moving from another town couldn't i go to that town and talk to him and make him move to my town? D:

As he would just say something like 'I want to keep travelling and go to new places'
Or something like that
So you have to get 16 villagers to pass

Here's an idea:
When Diva moves out get free villagers from the trading plaza ignore them after they have moved in and they will soon move out!
You might not get the best villagers but if you ignore them they won't stay for long!!
