Selling Huge house sale almost all unorderable or rare! Redux!

Since this was never completed due to server maintenance issues here goes again.

I am completely redoing one of my alt's house and have nowhere to put any of the items which are just about all rare or unorderable sets and items.

Please read through all of the below before asking for anything!!!

There is quite a bit as it is a completed house and most rooms have at least one set in it.

I don't have a set price for things please just make me a reasonable offer. If your price is too low or too high I will let you know. I would prefer for the sets to be bought as one but it is not required.

This is strictly for TBT.

The pieces that are not bought once a set is broken will go into the individual items list.

Since the egg set so big(it comes with-Zipper pic, Easter egg basket AND a set of all 6 of the eggs you give to Zipper for the while series I can't do list 25 for both. So I am asking for 35 TBT. I hope that is not to high. I should have put that information in there, which I will soon.

Well if you read through the OP carefully I specifically said I don't have a set price but that I want the person who is interested in whatever items to give me a fair price and then I will either except, or say it is too low or too high. All the ones that are marked reserved next to them are not for sale because that person has already reserved ti buy it
