How will you handle the wait?

I am really curious how you will handle the long wait?

I will revisit my old ac town and will finally finish it. Beside that I try to forget about the game and will be hyped again a month before release . I try to stay away from the forum but it's sooo difficult haha

I hope time will pass fast!

For AC related, I'll continue to play New Leaf. I have never 100% finished a museum in AC. Ever. I would like to finish out my museum as well as making my town feel more complete. I'm confident I can do that by the time NH comes out.

But I have lots of other things in my life to keep me occupied. Life seems to go by stupidly fast the older you get.

All the other Nintendo games will keep me entertained as well.

I'm just going to continue working on my town. I'm almost done with decorating it with both exterior and interiors (about 97% and 80% done, respectively). After that, I'll work on getting all gold badges and completing my catalogue (I already have the gold badge for the catalogue but I want it 100% complete lol).

Besides AC stuff, I have Cadence of Hyrule, Link's Awakening, Borderlands 3 and other games to look forward to playing. So I'll be fine! I might obsessively watch New Horizons videos too.. but who wouldn't be XD

i'd like to revisit my second cartridge and perhaps HHD- i know i'll more than likely abandon both once the game comes out, so i'd like to make as much progress in both as i can while i'm still able.

I don't mind waiting. When New Leaf was released, I didn't get it until almost a year later, even though I had been wanting the game since it was officially announced.

Besides that, there's also Luigi's Mansion 3 and the Zelda: Links Awakening remake, so there's plenty to do before the new AC game is out.

I’m playing new leaf again even though I am very bored with it because I’ve done everything there is.

But I’m getting Mario maker, Pok?mon, Luigi mansion, and Zelda so I have games to play before animal crossing.

It’s still torture. I have a countdown on my phone lol. 278 days left.

I'd wish for someone to put me in a coma for 9 months then wake me up before the game releases, but that won't happen.

I'm on summer break from University till September so I'll probably occupy myself with a job, then focus on work when I go back for Uni.

The wait gives me time to finish the last few towns. 3 towns need statues for the museum, villagers plotted and PWP placed.

I'm addicted to Farm Together and started a new farm. The new Pokemon games are ordered and hope to complete both before ACNH.

Still got a few things I want to do in my New Leaf town, namely getting the last few artworks I need to complete my museum. Already got all the bugs, fish and fossils but Redd just doesn't want to cough up those final few pieces of artwork, lol. Also I want to work on getting the rest of my gold badges, I've already got quite a few gold and the rest are currently on silver so I think that's doable.

Also I'm still playing through my backlog of 3DS games and Wii U games. I only really started collecting once the switch came out and games prices for the 3DS and Wii U came down a lot. So now I have lots of games I want to play through and games I'm partway through that I need to finish. Also I broke and pre-ordered my first switch game (Fire Emblem Three Houses) and that looks like a game it will be easy to pour 100s of hours into, so that should set me up for a while.
