How/where do I find out...

...how many weeds my mayor has picked? How many towns he has visited? How many visitors have come in? How many Dream towns have been seen? Cyrus? Island Tours, etc.?

Is it possible to know the "how many's?"

If you sit on your town tree I believe that information will scroll past. At least I know that town visitor count does show there.

I'm not sure about the rest, to my knowledge you can't see that information. You can only gauge it by phineas' badges.

You only get to see the visitor count. For some reason you can't see any of the rest.

I've never tried - but does Porter (train station) give any info out on visitors/visiting? I've never seen the option when talking to him but think I've read he does....?

He does, but only in dream towns.

You unfortunately can't see your progress on badges. You just have to keep playing and eventually Phineas will surprise you, or you can go to the police station and Booker/ Copper will tell you if he's in town.
