I know people on completely opposite ends of the spectrum. My mom can fall asleep anywhere anytime, whereas I have a friend who takes hours and hours to fall asleep.

Personally, I can sleep well if I am lying in a quiet, dark room at night. Under these conditions, I'll fall asleep fast and stay asleep for hours. But I am completely incapable of sleeping if there's light or noise (including other people snoring ugh), or if I'm sitting up (so I could never sleep in a car or plane. I've been on overnight plane trips before, they were not fun at all.)

Man, I can fall asleep anywhere. I almost fell asleep at work once, I fell asleep on a whale watching boat once, I fall asleep in movie theaters, at friend’s houses. I’m so sleepy all the time, so my body just craves rest wherever it can get it.

But also, some nights I’m so anxious I can’t fall asleep until 4 or 5am and then get up at 6am, which sucks. So I suppose it just depends.

Sleep is for the weak, that's why I sleep all the time. The only time I don't sleep is when I actually need to sleep.

I cannot stop laughing at your comments recently. You do a good job at being funny, xD.

Anyways, I?m not a morning person, but I also sleep with the light on, so it takes me about an hour to fall asleep. It?s probably not particularly healthy, but it?s just the way I grew up. The dark is one of my three fears in life, so it would be really difficult to sleep in the dark.

I can't sleep outside homes or vehicles (including planes). I've tried to sleep at school but have yet to succeed :/ I generally sleep pretty decently except the first day of my time of the month, where I'm insomniac and go w/o sleep for a day or two. I also can't take naps unless it's late in the evening, which isn't good for my circadian rhythms so I avoid them.

My sleep is eh. I have to sleep in a dark place and I have to be under my quilt or whatever. Sometimes I need music to sleep, sometimes I don't, I'll switch between listening to music and not listening to music all the time. I have restless legs so I'll sometimes find it difficult to sleep due to this. I can also almost never sleep properly on Sundays, like right now it's 5:50 am and I've had around 5 hours sleep, sometimes I'll get less

I used to be able to sleep no problem but now that I've had a couple of nocturnal seizures I struggle to go to sleep as I'm scared of having another one.

Sometimes, I wish I can get to sleep easily as others. The only time I fall asleep in minutes is when I'm just really tired from doing something. I always have those nights in which my mind is still running so it makes it hard for me to focus on sleeping.

If I'm SUPER tired from lack of sleep, I got probably fall asleep in like 10 mins, but otherwise, it usually takes me at least 30 mins- an hour :v It stinks tho, like even if I'm kind of tired, it takes a while. I tend to sleep decently though. I might wake up once or twice in the middle of the night, but I tend to fall back asleep pretty quickly :3

If I'm comfy and in a decent mood I fall asleep within maybe half an hour or a little more, and I have to be lying down. I wake up in a sleep paralysis nearly every morning and the rare occasion that I nap, tho...

I find it difficult to sleep unless I've been working prior to going to sleep or if I've watched a movie. I find it difficult to sleep otherwise, especially if ive been gaming or eating.

I end up "sleeping" at work or on the train if I do not get enough sleep at night.

I sleep poorly. I'm also easy to wake up, whether it's loud noises outside, or my body waking up too early. It may have to do with my posture as well but I am not sure.

I sleep like a stone. I go to bed when I?m sleepy and usually sleep between 8-10 hours. It?s difficult for me to wake up before that.
I also make up for missed sleep. If I missed a few hours of sleep my body will add them the next night, so I can sometimes be asleep for up to 16 hours if I had strange shifts. I?m also one of those people who fall asleep in the car all the time - somehow the warmth and slight shaking make me extremely sleepy.^^
Only if I was very inactive the day before or stress myself out about something, it can be difficult to fall asleep.

I have never in my life had a normal sleep schedule and every time I fall asleep (well pass out really) is when my messed up sleep cycle continues. I tend to fall asleep times I shouldn't - like on the bus home from work, sitting on the couch watching tv, etc. When bed time rolls around because of my "nap" I tend to just lay in bed looking at the ceiling. Before I know it - 2am rolls around and I'm hopefully falling asleep just in time to wake up at 5am to get ready for work. It's really hard for me to fall asleep when it's actual bed time but once I fall asleep I can pretty much sleep the whole weekend away.

I really suck at sleeping :(
The smallest of sounds will wake me up without fail. My boyfriend tends to talk in his sleep so it wakes me up almost every night lmao.
My body also wakes up randomly in the night if I have something to do the next day..?? For example, if I'm scheduled to work at 6am, my body will wake me up suddenly at 2:45 am and I'll be in a panic thinking I'm late or something, lmao. If I don't have anything to do the next day, I can occasionally manage to sleep straight through the night without interruption.

I usually get around 8 hours of sleep and I somehow wake up right before something is going to wake me up or before something happens like if a spider decides to have a visit
