im sure i've spent a lot of T&T and i still cant get any upgrade to the department store

If you're trying to get the final upgrade to the department store then make sure you have completed 4 Gracie Fashion Checks. If not, then all you need to do is spend more money in your current department store.

It's completely random, but I believe you need to spend at least 70k for her to appear the first time. You need to pass the check 4 times before the store will appear.

ok ill try finding her. pretty sure i already spent like more than 70k or somewhere between that.
