how to upload homes to HHA?

Not sure if I understand, but every morning at 6am Lyle will come and check your home and give you a score from the HHA. If you're talking about the model home showcase, you can't upload your house to it, when you pass others with the game their houses will appear there and you can order furniture from their rooms. Your house will automatically appear in theirs.

When you do multiplayer and best friend them, their house will appear in HH Showcase and vise versa
