I want to change my hair and I was wondering if I could change my face with this too? I'm sorry for posting a lot, I'm kinda new.

you have to unlock shampoodle to change your hair, but you can't change your face unless you reset your game. :c I'm on mobile so I can't link you to any guides or anything rn, but if you google "acnl shop unlock guide" it'll tell you exactly what to do to unlock it. you can also go to someone else's town if you don't feel like waiting and use their shampoodle. good luck!

To unlock Shampoodle you must first unlock Kicks, doing so by spending 8,000 bells at the Able Sisters and having your town exist for 10 days. Then, you must spend 10,000 bells between the Ables and Kicks and you'll unlock Shampoodle.
