How to unlock different hairstyles

Is it 15 days straight or all of the 15 different hairstyles that I have to go through to unlock the other genders styles?

I'm pretty sure it's just 15 haircuts; I definitely didn't get all the different style haircuts but I've unlocked male haircuts on my mayor.

You have to go through 15 hairstyles of your own gender to unlock the other gender.

As far as I've seen from others, it is simply fifteen haircuts of any style. You could go back and forth between two or else keep redoing one. I'll test and confirm this tonight, I've only had two done so i'll go back and forth between the two.

Definitely 15 hairstyles then you unlock the other gender. Harriet asked me for the first time today and I know I haven't been to her place in three days so yeah.
