How to transfer TBT?

I can’t seem to figure out how to transfer TBT, the site has changed some since I’ve last been on. Any advice?

Referencing ur join date i dont think the bell system has changed since you've been a member!

Edit: you can also do it by clicking on the member's bell number on their sidebar
