I give him milk, and he plays with his toys. He screams all the time, but I deal with it.

Try to distract her~

We were watching a 3 year old the other day and he would not stop picking everything up so I gave him some oreos, turned on tv and gave him this drawing pad and he sat there for a while before his dad came.

Just give her some milk, cradle/rock her, and then hope she falls asleep the rest of the time. You'll probably need to change her diaper at some point too.
