I have adhd. I have a habit of moving my hands around, touching, over excessively cracking knuckles, and whatever else I do that involves my hands.

Its not from the computer, or playing too much games. its been limited because of it, actually. I haven't been on my ds even a quarter of the time I usually am, because my thumbs and wrists hurt so bad.

what can I do to make the pain and cramping of my hands and fingers go away??

and if you take aderrall, do you always do this too?

I'm perfectly concentrated, but I cant stop fidgeting. no matter what drugs I'm on. And its actually causing me pain. Please help :( If a place calls back referring to my applications and they answer my 4 month long prayer of giving me a job, I will be moving double maybe triple what I usually do... And it will just get worse from there.

Hey friend.

Do you have a wrist brace? I'd recommend getting one. Click here Wear it at night/sleep with it.

Also, have you been to a doctor? I think that's your best bet because they can see what they can do with your pain management. You should tell them about how you compulsively fidget.

I'm not a doctor, and I think it's better that you explain to a medical professional about your issues.

I'm due for an appointment this month for a refill.
This doesn't happen too often to be a problem though so I am fine.

Thanks for the wrist brace idea, I don't have one, but I do have hand wraps I use for boxing so I am going to try that out:)

adding this after I clicked that link.. I might actually buy that brace. This girl I used to be best friends with, her dad had a 3,000 dollar brace he let me borrow-- it worked wonders. thanks a bunch!!!
