How to respond to "what's up", "wassup", "sup"??????????????

I can't even give a reply to these I will literally just ignore it because i dont know how to even reply to these? Like, umm, idk it's too hard . How do you guys reply to these questions?????

When someone says whats up to me im like "ok...." :s

If someone's messaging me I usually just tell them what I'm doing, but if it's on the spot I usually just saying "Nothing much."

Anytime someone asks me "what's up??" I always retort with "the sky c:" because the sky is technically up, if by 'up' you're referring to a zenith

I literally don't know what else to say other than maybe "not much" or something like that

but otherwise if someone asks me "what's up", I'll just generally reply with whatever im doing.

I usually just say what I'm doing or was doing and maybe what I'm going to do. If anything fun or cool happened I'll let them know to like new movie or concert show etceteraaa. Or the just chilling and doing nothing responses c:

I hate when people start conversations like that. When I talk to people I always try to talk about something right there and then. If I don't have anything to say, I'll just spam them with links to Lady Gaga videos or send them pictures of gay porn.
