How to respond to visitor message on my profile?

Hi! TBT 3.0 is still pretty new to me, so I'm wondering how to respond to a visitor message on my profile? Do I write a comment on the message on my profile or do I go to that person's profile and write a message on there? Just wanted to make sure I responded to the other person right. xD

They'll get notifications for both, but you should respond to the one on your profile! You can see the whole conversation easily that way
