How to pay TBT bells?

I asked for a Sig. an hour ago about but I don't know how you pay them bells. I need to know like how do you pay the member?

Click on their bell amount. If I want to give you bells I would click on 942 and then you type in the amount you want to transfer. Then select transfer from the drop down box and you should get a message saying that you successfully transferred bells.
