How to make TBT?

is there any way to make TBT apart from just posting? Cause I find that it's very slow and only gives 1 bell (if that) per post. Thanks!

Longer posts gain more bells than short posts with only one or two sentences. One time I got 10 bells I think for one post, simply because it was pretty long.

Is this a list? Because I'm pretty sure it counts the words, not the lines. Nice try though
