Firstly, it looks like if you haven't, you'll need to purchase the "permissions," I should call them, in the shop. It will run you 899TBT.

Go into the Shop, Buy The Avatar Animated thing in addons then go to change your profile picture to the gif.


For mine i opened the gif i wanted into a new window copied the link then did the url profile picture
