I'm about to buy hybrids from a person, but I don't know how to give him TBT bells. Can somebody tell me how?

How to give someone TBT bells

oh my gosh so many people ask this now
click currency at the top of the page, then bells. a lil window comes up. theres a small drop down menu that says bells. click that, then tickets. click it again, then bells. click the change button to change your name to the persons username and enter the amount in the box below. kinda confusing but thats how it is during the fair.
instead of clicking currency at the top, click on the bells under their username n stuff on a post on a thread. you still have to do the ticket and bell thing tho.
theres guides and threads that you couldve asked in instead of making a new thread altogether.
