How to get people to move out?

I think you just have to keep doing what you're doing... the move outs are all random. If your friendship is very high with Chrissy the likelihood that she'll ask to move out is greater
Generally, there's two ways people usually recommend to getting a villager out.
The one that's worked for me the most is befriending the villager. As you may have noticed, your "friend" villagers are the ones that ask to move the most. So knowing that, the best way to get Chrissy to move is to just talk to her a lot, do favors for her and do as you will with the other villagers that you're keeping, so that she will become a good friend of yours. Doing this increases the chance of her pinging you (another thing you may have noticed is the better relationship you have with a villager, the more they will ping you, and the less a villager likes you, the less they will ping you), and in turn increases the chance of her moving.
The other method I'm trying now only works if you haven't spoken to Chrissy before (besides introducing yourself to her). Basically, all you do is introduce yourself, then ignore her. Supposedly, after a week of ignoring her, she will move out. This won't work if you've spoken to her or interacted with her in any way after meeting her for the first time though. If you still want to try this, I've heard that creating a brand new character, then doing the same "introduce then ignore" routine with the new character will also work, but I haven't tried this myself.
