How To get certain pictures???

I've seen dream towns with pics of Isabelle and Harriet. It's cool but I wonder:How do you get them? Could somebody make a list of how to get all pictures please?(Not villagers, just the special characters)
It is my goal to have all the special character pics \(>o<)/

I think if you have Wisp, you can scan their Amiibo cards in and ask for a present. I'm pretty sure he'll give you their picture.

They get them by using their amiibo cards.

Call Wisp by using the lamp and use one of their cards.
