How to get a high quality avatar?

My avatars always come out blurry, no matter how high quality there are.

I've seen someone with a hd avatar? But how!?

I edited it in PS Express and Repix, on my iPad it shows it's high quality but idk what is happening :c

i actually dont remember what shape i used for my avatar, sorry. i used a brush for it but i removed all of my old brushes already. i'll just put together various shapes so you can choose if you're fine with that
