Ok So I have this picture that i want to conver, the jeff gordon Number, but i dont know how to make it into a 32x32 pixel thing so I can get it in my ANila Crossing Shirt. can anyone help me? I would really appreciate it

just try making a solid background, and then use whatever colors are on the shirt you have (red, blue, yellow, etc.) to make the numbers.
