How the Nook Miles Ticket Works

Hey, I see a lot of confusion about this so I felt I would share what I learned on Remnant about this.

First off when you first go there, until you get three move ins, you will always find Lazy, Peppy, and Normal villagers. After you move in one of each type, which is random if you don't invite one of any of them, you will no longer be able to get someone from the island, until you invite the first camper you get, who is forced upon you. After that, you can pay Nook 10,000 Bells to set up a plot of land. THEN you can go to islands and find more villagers for the remaining personalities, or a random one if you have them all. However, you should move in someone fast, because someone could randomly move in THE VERY NEXT DAY! It could take a few days to get a random move in.

It's locked. I got Hans when trying to try the reset trick from New Leaf, but it autosaved after talking to Nook, which you are forced to do when you first land. You can't run around or anything. You are immediatly taken to Nook. I really hate that I deleted my save by accident because I am NEVERY going to get a first camper that amazing again.

Man, if I get Beardo I am actually going to throw my bed across the room. My first and only experience with Beardo was him plowing over 10 hybrids with his house in New Leaf. I lost SEVEN purple roses!!

I've since avoided him like the plague.

And if I don't end up with Beardo I'm scared I'll end up with Pietro. Those two are in my bottom 5 of all of the villagers.

Anyway, I surely do hope to get Chadder, Raymond or Eugene. Hopefully it'll be Eugene.

I kind of regret not re-islanding for Tangy & Bob or Stitches as my peppy and lazy. It's ok though, gives me something to work towards
