How popular are Marina, Fang, Whitney, Chevre, and Cookie? People's opinions ofc

Marina seems to be on a lot of people's dreamies lists but for whatever reason is a pretty common villager in New Horizons.

Fang is definitely one of, if not the most popular cranky villager, at least here on TBT.

Whitney has always been and continues to be one of the most popular snooty villagers, though nowadays she is in the shadows of Judy and Diana.

Chevre and Cookie have their fans, too, but I wouldn't call them top tier on the popularity chart.

Marina is common for the simple fact that on NMT islands it rolls the species first and then the villager which because there is only 3 octopi means they will be more common to find on islands same goes for villagers that have a low amount of villagers in their species such as cows and bulls as well.

i'd say marina, fang, and whitney are all SUPER popular and sell for quite a lot. chevre and cookie definitely aren't unpopular, but they're not mega sought after either

Marina, Fang and Whitney are popular, but not super-crazy-ridiculous popular like Raymond.
Chevre and Cookie aren't hated or anything, but they're not on very many top 10's.

Oh, that's really interesting! It makes sense why certain villagers that belong to larger species pools seem to be less common! Thanks for sharing.

reading the responses about fang is surprising to me! i never realized he was such a popular villager lol i've always preferred chief and dobie, but that's just me

It’s funny because Chevre and Fang are the only villagers that interest me out of these choices.

I would say Marina is pretty popular. Fang is by far one of the most popular crankies and Whitney for snooties (they're both wolves so not surprised).

I'm not too sure about Chevre and Cookie though, but I've seen their fans around

Fang, Whintey and Marina are very popular. The others are ok, but not super popular.

Whitney is popular but the problem is Judy, Diana, and Ankha sort of overshadow her since those 3 snooty villagers are by far picked before Whitney.
