How original is your town name?

So, I finally set up the dream suite and got to look at other towns.
I noticed you can search for towns by entering the name.
So I curiously entered my town name Roost and nothing came up.
Probably because no one else was silly enough to name their town after the cafe by mistake. xD

Anyway, has anyone ever tried this? And if not, how original do you think your town name is?

My town name came from Final Fantasy xD Not very original. Since there are others on here with the silly name 'Ivalice'

Neither of mine are original since they're both named after things, but Achewood is obscure enough that there's only 6 (I think? last time I checked, anyway) other towns with the same name. I looked up Swansea before I made it and there were a lot more, but idc I like the name and it fits my town theme and I've never actually seen anyone on the forums using the name.

Unova isn't very original, I'm sure that lots of people who play Pokemon use that
Idk about Risu, I just love squirrels and wanted to use it as my town name lol. I've seen few towns with that name though.

I've never seen another town with the name "Dream" I just wanted it to be like I'm finally bringing my "Dream" town to life with this town after resetting so many times. I know silly, right? Atleast it's not like "Hyrule" or some other lame overused town name (Heh... no offense to anyone with that name! I've just been to like 30 towns with the name now even in older Animal Crossings that i'm kinda sick of it.)

I have yet to come across another town named "Leafre" so I'd say mines is pretty original
I came up with this name from a game called Maplestory and it was a town name!
And that name stuck with me ever sense City Folk, so here I am now! Cloud, Mayor of Leafre ^_^

Oh, I knew Leafre sounded familiar! I almost called my second town Florina after Florina Beach. I haven't properly played Maplestory in years though.

Pretty sure I'm the only one with my town name.
My town name is Sorell. It was a name of a fantasy race I created for a story back when I was in high schol, haha. Now that I look back that story was really dumb, but I grew to like the name xP

My town name sucks, but it's a private joke for my sister and I, we call each other "kibi" so when the game ame out I felt like calling it Kibicity :'D I kind of regret it now though but I've come too far in the game to restart it just because the name is ridiculous.
On the other hand, the name Bel'lune for my second town is 100% original and I actually like it x) Play on words with belle (beautiful) and lune (moon).

Mine is fairly original due to mixing a Japanese word/name together xD Ai for love and Ruka the name hence= Airuka<3 I happen to love my town name luckily<3

I'm not sure (too lazy to get on and check dream suite) but I haven't seen anyone with my town name so I guess it's somewhat original? Town is called Pinwheel.

There are only 2 other towns in the Dream Suite named Absalom, and that makes me pretty happy.

The name is that of a city from a tabletop RPG called Pathfinder, and I guess not a lot of RPG geeks play Animal Crossing.

I haven't seen anyone's town called "Selcouth" so far, but I highly doubt that my town's name is that original haha.

Randomly searched for words I could use to name my town on Google and I happened to like the definition behind the word selcouth.

Mine's from Game of Thrones so it's not original at all, but when I looked on the dream suite for towns with the same name there weren't as many as I expected! Lots of Westeros towns and Mayor Daenerys though!

Not at all original. I sometimes sit alone in a dark room, crying about how unoriginal my town name is.

Okay, not really, but it does kinda bother me sometimes.
