How old would you say the villagers are?

I thought Shrunk joke about being 100, he did used a joke from Frillard a character who isn't in this game but in City Folk.

In the joke, he states that he's 'not that young' because someone said he was 100 years old. This is why I said he is over 100 years old, not exactly at 100 years old.

On a side note, Ankha's e-reader card states that she's over 3000 years old! Her e-reader card's description: "Ankha's face shines with beauty and the sparkle of the youth, but she claims she was a cat in Cleopatra's court. That would make her 3,000 years old! How many years do nine lives make?"

It depends on the personality. I see Lazy villagers as children. Peppy and Jock villagers are in their early teens. Smug and Uchi villagers are in late teens, early twenties. Normal teens are in their early to mid twenties. Snooty and Cranky are in mid to late twenties, but both act like old men/women as their personality dictates.

Obviously, this is just interpretation. Even if you take away human ages, from youngest to oldest, I list them like this:

Lazy, Peppy, Jock, Smug, Uchi, Normal, Snooty, Cranky.

I don't think they have a set age lol. I mean Barold is a lazy which means he acts childish, but he looks middle aged. But a villager whose also lazy like Stitches looks like a kid. I will say tho that I think the crankies are definitely adults. I remember some of mine talking about their niece, so they must be older than 20.
