How old are your town(s)? Would you ever reset?

I have a town named Goodland (I regret that to this day) and it's 1 year old. I'll reach it's second anniversary in 3 months.

I've had my main town since the day the game came out, and I would absolutely never reset it. I've put way too much time into it for that lmao

My town was a year old but I rest last week. I won't ever reset again because i plan to put my permanent PWP's in good spots.

I only have one ACNL town, and that's the town of Oklahoma. I believe it's 1 year old, plus some extra days. I don't think I'll never ever reset my town because I have almost all of my dreamies, I have lots of hybrids and dlc and other cool items that'll probably take a long time to transfer to another town and then get them back once I finished resetting, and I like my town. Also, I think I promised one of my bffs in the game named Connor to never ever try to reset again. He lost his old town through a data corruption and felt pretty strongly about me trying to reset. And I never really break a promise (unless I forgot all about it XD or something), so yeah. If it wasn't for Connor and him stopping me from resetting my town, I probably would've hated my new one, and wouldn't have a town like I have today. I've learned to love my town very much from that point on.

I've had my town Pallet since July 3rd of this year. I've thought about resetting since I really hate my map, and think I could've done a better job with the decor. But then I thought about all my money, my dreamies, all the bells I spent upgrading houses, the furniture, all the time and care I put into my town in general. All that work would be going down the drain, so you can see I changed my mind immediately lol.

I still would like to start over, since I think with a better map I could decorate my town nicer. But instead of resetting and losing all my stuff I'll just buy another copy of the game. This way I can keep Pallet and have a fresh, hopefully better, do over.

Created mine on June 11, 2013- would have been on June 9, but was held up from getting to the store to get the copy, and June 10 everyone was freaking sold out of it, leading to a June 11 day when I finally tracked down a physical copy. I not only wouldn't reset it, I kept my original 5, still to this day, and the entire 10 have all been there for at least 14 months. May seem a bit odd to keep the same 10, well, but I LOVE how I set up my village with dirt paths and tons and tons of flowers I grew all on my own, so if another villager plops their house on my flowers again (still hate Pashmina for doing that), then I won't want to continue playing given the 2 years it took to finally get it the way I want. Thankfully, not having missed a day since I started allows me to keep all 10 without worry about them. I MAY miss a day in 2016, it's hard to say thanks to that shiny new 2016 AC calendar I got. I'm thinking now I may continue to play it daily through 2016 even into 2017, shoot, I may go for 2,000 straight days even- it's a handheld, super easy to take it with you and play for a few minutes. Reset twice now, the latest was today. My town is just a couple of hours old, but I can already tell the river is much nicer & I can work with this map much more than my last two town's maps.

my old town i played just before the new year and i was always time traveling and my town was a mess so i ended up losing interest after a few months lmfaoo so i restarted in october and i've been playing daily ever since! i've come close to resetting many times but i just can't i already spent numerous hours on it so i don't plan on resetting seaglade anytime soon

I have had Lojo for 2 years and 9 days as of today. I will NEVER reset. I have infested so much time, love, care and attention to my town that starting over from the very beginning would leave me VERY unsatisfied. If my town were to ever to be erased somehow, I would immediately sell my game. I ain't doing it all over again.

I have two towns, Rosewood & TRx!
TRx was a used town and the mayor's tpc has said June 21st 2013, but I've had it since January. I have had small thoughts about resetting but there was so much progress already and then adding on the progress I made to it? I doubt I'd reset and go through "starting over" just to fix the town name it isn't worth it x'D
as for Rosewood? June 19th, 2013! Others probably would of cause the map and rock placements are a DiSasTeR but I'd never reset it. I'm attached \ovo/

I had my town for a little over one year.
I want to reset so bad because I don't like the map and the location of my house, cafe, permanent places. And I need more lakes.

But I won;t reset because I put way too much into this town, house is almost finished decorated, got so many bells.
And Im not sure if I want to work on another copy and still maintain two towns.

dunwall isn't getting reset anytime soon, hyrule is getting reset as soon and some villagers move.

My town was created back in June 2013. I would never be able to restart it; I put way too much time and effort into it. As for my other two towns, they were created a month or so ago and I don't think I could delete those either. Even though they're still new, they're kind of perfect and I've made good progress on them already.

Litty is almost 5months now and Kirstein which is barely touched but with my dreamies in it is 2-3months old, and no, i will never reset. ive put in so many effort to build my build town and my dreamies are in my town so no.

I have reset a ridiculous amount of times; I got AC:NL about 2-3 days after the UK release date, and I've never kept a town for longer than around 6-8 months. I've tried one year challenges and just plain keeping a town, but I constantly reset. I've taken a loooong break from the game and now I've got a new town, Parhaol, that I created 2 days ago. Even though I've time travelled I plan on keeping this town, although knowing my serial resetting habits it won't last long! My sister has an unused cartridge also so I hope to get my hands on it and create a new town also.

I'll never reset Solstice, because I've put so much work into it, especially getting certain villagers, but my second copy I've reset so many times, the latest being yesterday Hopefully this is the last time I reset it though, because I really like the idea I have for it.

I played WW and never reset and I've been playing NL since Dec 2014 and haven't reset. When I wanted a change I let go of some villagers, and recently I've destroyed some PWP and rebuilt new ones so it never feels old. I will never reset. I found this forum before getting the game and watched a few youtube vids so didn't make any major mistakes with it.
