You want to know why? It’s because younger generations are less interested into forums like this and more into stuff where you can get replies within an instant. Some of the forums I previously went to, such as LittleBigPlanet Central and TV.com, no longer exist.

I'm really sad to see forums die, though. Maybe it's because I hate texting in general but I could never get into platforms like Discord. It's all too much and too fast. I'm so glad this place still exists, even though I only drop by every now and then.

I'll take forums over whatever garbage social media is trying to push on us. I feel like if they keep up with all this privacy invasion there's going to be a mass exodus and possibly a return to smaller communities.

Forums are great because you're not always around when a discussion is going on. So seeing a thread days later and adding to it is great because it still becomes relevant. I don't care for Discord or Reddit or any of those places since if you're not around for a discussion 15 minutes after it began oh well.
