How often do you play?

As of late I play everyday and for a few hours everyday.
I'm working on growing my town tree so I try to play for a few hours everyday to help it grow.

I've been poking around daily, but once the bulk of my landscaping is done I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep that up. Once my previous town was done I got bored very quickly and ended up checking on my villagers less and less.

Pretty much every day. Sometimes I take breaks or get too busy to open my 3DS but I'm pretty faithful about it.

Usually in the morning and late nights ranging from a few minutes to an hour. Lately, it's been hard for me to get into this game. It's not the same as when I was younger ha. Guess that's just me growing up.

I vary. Lately, it's everyday almost. Sometimes I'll only play once a week because of scheduling/tired. I also share my 3DS/town with my little sister and until recently our schedules didn't match and one of us would have to go without playing when the other wanted to. (Basically I left for work right before she came home from school. I either took it with me or left it for her). I'm getting a more consistent schedule that's going to match with hers a little better so that will help.

My real question is.... you have more than one town?! Do you have to buy more than one copy of the game or is there some secret I don't know??

I play around 1 or 3 times a month. I'm busy and lazy.

Started on June 14, 2013 and still play every day.
My main town still get played for a full hour and sometimes longer if I let a side player play. It's the town that I love.
My guest town gets played next. The mayor plays long enough to check on movers, items at retail and to do some dreams.
Than I switch to another side player so they can visit with the villagers or go to the island for badges.

My guest town side player is working on her weeding badges.

Oh my, you are like a hero to me Don't you ever get bored? That is truly amazing! I wanted to do this at first, but I ended up wanting to play other games. Have you ever thought about restarting your town?

I generally play for probably at least an hour a day tbh.

I don't think I've played since around Autumn of last year, but when I do regularly play I tend to do it daily. I keep a record of my last date played so no villagers leave town and the town itself doesn't fall into disrepair. Just time travel back to that date and its as if you never left.

Everyday, throughout the day when I get bored.
In my cycling town I play much more than my main game because I need to find a few villagers but once I get them I think I will play much more on my main game and pretty much abandon my cycling town.
I usually play for about 1-4 hours or so on my cycling town at the moment and maybe and hour on my main town, but it kinda varies from day to day.

usually i check in everyday for like 5 mins to make sure villagers don't move/sell fossils, i haven't played in the past few days until today though

I haven't missed a day yet since I got this thing in 2013, but instead of 8 to 10 hours back then, playing as all 4 villagers all doing the same stuff over and over, I relegated it down to about once a week for the other 3, and daily for my mayor, averaging about 1 hour a day, and 3 hours on the weekend with the others (to check their mail, find money rocks, etc). Having so many 3DS systems though makes it easier to never miss a day too, because at least one of them is charged- just today I put in 3 hours combined on a 3DS and 2DS systems. The time my mayor misses a day, THAT'LL make history! I'm already starting to plan out how I'm going to spend year 4 in this game, going over the catalog and my inventory, checking probably about 1 to 2, maybe as high as 4 or 5 items to see if I have them. I need to stretch it out, right now I'm accumulating socks and shoes for my Japanese mayor to help him with his inventory, since I only play that one every few days- thinking about going to just once a week for him and JP only holidays. It's hard to manage multiple towns, so that's why I went down to my main NA and JP ones.

Same here! Animal Crossing is so laidback that it's hard not to relax.
