How often do you get Jacobs ladder?

I busted my butt and finally got to 5 star ratings, and today, no Jacobs ladder!

for those of you guys with 5 stars, how often do you get it?

I’m so sad. My island looks like a dump, I was really hoping for one during the first day.

Sorry, I don’t have anything helpful to say but I was so confused and had to look up Jacobs ladder, I thought it was another ladder in the game lol

I've had a 5 Star Rating for about 5 or 6 days and I've only gotten 1 Lily of the Valley. Granted, there was one day where I ended up with 4 stars because I had too much turnips lying around and Isabelle said I had to much stuff on the ground but still.

I only saw 1 spawned by the edge of the cliff so far. And no I don't have a 5 star because I have too much clutter according to Isabelle and I do. I don't know if I made it to the borderline and that's why I got one. Kind of weird but I'll take it.

I don't have new horizons myself or the Jacob's ladder but I've read that your town/island has to be in perfect condition for at least 15 days and then there is a chance that the flower might spawn
Best look at wikipedia or something if you want to make sure
