How much time do you spend in your house?

I spend A LOT of time in my house, adding and rearranging furniture as I see fit. However, the random visitors startle me, so I'm always moving quickly or keeping my inventory up.

During my first phase of trying to do my town/house I spent a lot of time in my house since I finished that first then went onto my town. Now that im remodeling my town and it's slowly becoming complete I'm gonna start focusing on my house + my other character's houses so I can have a little theme for each char. So yea, I expect to be in it a lot more trying to brain storm but in the mean time Im almost never in it whiel finishing my town

I spend some time in there occasionally. My house is almost completed, so I just go in to enjoy the design or to add new furniture or whatever.

Depends. A few hours, 5-10 hours or the whole day. I do it so villagers won't change their clothes and catchphrases.

I spend like no time at all. I just don't know how to decorate, how to make it look good.
But now that it's october, I'll try to make my main room or basement a little bit more spooky.

Well since I have seven active towns, not a lot, lol UNLESS I am actively decorating an interior. Other than that, I merely pop in to raid my closet or have a neighbor over for a visit.

Too much time, haha. I love going in there and admire the work I've put into it. xD While I'm doing so I often think of ideas to improve my rooms. Or I get totally sick of one of my rooms and start planning a complete overhaul.

Houses are my prioriry I'm crazy about decor (this is why I play the sims 2 too) I spend much time here and often my adorable neighbors love scaring me entering while I'm busy with the furniture -_-
oh and some evenings I love just sit my mayor at the table in my japanese style room while listening the rain or stale cupcakes ^_^

I am kind of doing a packrat thing atm. I have general idea of rooms but no real overall theme. I want to concentrate on landscaping next... just trying to get the golden watering can before I do.... so close!

So right now not very much but someday I will to get together a cohesive theme.

I only go in there to see expansions, sometimes decorate (not really), and dump stuff in my dresser that I need to clean out.

Hardly ever. I only go in to decorate, which I procrastinate a lot because I never know how I wanna set up my furniture. I also sometimes go in to access my dresser, or I go in if a villager wants to come over.
