Today, Tia expressed interest in moving. She's a nice neighbor, but I never go too attached. I was wondering how many people were interested in her and what price she would normally go for.
Her house, if not in perfect condition, is 90% original, and she's wearing the shirt she comes with. I'm not sure what her catch-phrase is and if it's been changed.

Hmm... I'm getting mixed replies here. Like some of you have said, I thought she was pretty popular. And unlike what some of you have reported, I have seen some interest in her before. Not to the degree of Marshal or Julian or anything, but still some interest.

unless you want to sell her for a set price, making an auction for her might be a good idea

but it really depends on when you're on... sometimes I see auctions that barely reach 5mil, and sometimes they go past 20mil.
