Hmmmmm...
Toy hammer and silver axe- 2-3 btb -5k-15k
Tropical vista/flooring- 5? 5k
Orange wet suit 10-15 btb 35k
pink wetsuit- 15-20 btb- 50k

The suit prices are approximate, I don't know.

Silver axe could be up to 3tbt each since they're highly wanted.

The rest, 2tbt each, as they'd count as regular unorderables.

The pricing could well be right as they are all rare - but as far as I know you can get all of them on your own island - still very rare tho.
I checked Liquefy's faq (walkthrough one on gamefaqs) to see what items are CT exclusive:

Bottled Ship, Box of Chocolates, Sand Castle, Sea Globe,
Ukulele, Whirlpool Bath, Muumuu (a sleeveless dress), Hibiscus Hairpin,
