i eat quite a bit but i can't have a lot at once or i get a stomach ache so i snack on a lot of fruit and vegetables all day and have like 1 or 2 meals
Weekday (in order):
-breakfast
-random fruit
-lunch (cake or treat after)
-snack (crisps and/or fruit)
-dinner
-nighttime snack (anything I can get my hands on lol)
Weekend (in order):
-SNACKS FOREVER
-brunch
-MOAR CANDY
-teeny weeny takeout dinner
-BINGE ON CAKE
Snacking? I snack when I'm bored. It isn't a good habit but it wastes time I guess. Food? Sometimes. Lunch? Never. Breakfast? I haven't had breakfast in forever, always snacks.
depends on how im feeling. i always eat two meals a day, primarily because i always wake up past lunch and i usually dont have time to put together something to eat at school. if i do snack, i try to stay within the serving size limit with junk food. but there are days when i binge on junk food all day. the thing is that i have to force myself to double my workout routine afterwards
I'll have a bowl of miso for breakfast, maybe a sandwich or something protein-heavy for lunch, and a full meal for dinner. Throughout the day, I'm downing Coca Cola and junk food like crazy, though.
1- Sometimes, I tend no to eat a lot on meals, but eat way too much unhealthy snacks between meals. I eat them when I'm bored, which is wrong, I know.
2- Sometimes, when I'm really busy, not only I don't have time to eat, I'm not even hungry... Maybe it's stress, idk. The other day, I woke up at 7AM and the first time I ate this day was at 4PM... I never felt hungry, weak or anything.
