Throughout all of the death, misery and letdowns the world has to offer, how much death have you seen?

I was listening to a song just thought about my recently led me to think of my other animals that were killed/died. (we are very unlucky)

And I finally got to the point of when I remembered of my late step-grandfather. He died and it was open casket. I looked. He looked so peaceful, it was freaky. He was smiling.

I've seen death, because I remembering witnessing my favorite dog get hit.The thunderous thump led by the death and the bloodshot screams of terror and tears of agony that aroused from my mom. And seeing my best friend who was also close to the dog had an expression of shrill terror on his face. As did I, but I went into denial until he finally left. He was pissed because I didn't have any emotion towards the occurrence. He left and I got to thinking of all the memories (happens every time an animal dies)

And once my other cat died in the bathroom mysteriously. And the day after I was getting ready to go to school, and to my surprise I see my deceased cat stiff laying on the table outside. I ran inside in tears.

And that other cat that was left unburied...

I've lived through like 30 pet deaths :s

9 of those I can count.

So, how much death have you seen?
That wasn't acted or on the TV :S

People close to me I've had 5 deaths. But just people in general I've experienced close to 200 deaths, maybe over.

Well I saw our chicken get killed by a fox. It ripped out its breast and legged it. And then I felt really *censored.2.0* when I saw its eyes staring blankly at me.

Really? :s

My dog died in 2002, on the day after Valentines... =(

No human deaths so far.. Hopefully it'll stay that way.

A good amount. My grandpa died a couple years ago and I was upset about that.

I have a real problem when my pet dogs die though. I really get upset, I don't know why I just love dogs a lot hahha. I am already dreading when my current dog (who is 5) dies in the future because I am not going to handle it well. Even when a dog dies in a movie I cry and can never see the movie again lol

Omg I know what you mean D: Old Yeller *Sobs*

Anyways I've experienced a good amount of it. All of my grandparents have passed on, and about 6 years ago my boyfriend died. It was a trial for me back then to go through that, but I'm thankful for the lessons it has taught me. *^^*

My dad's a chaplain, so I've experienced death a lot.

My brother died, one uncle, a few pets, some people at my church, and two friends died within one week.
