And I erased one that had almost all badge completely

Yes. Resetting your town resets everything including the number of hours you've played. You may remember the times you played in your previous town, but your cartridge doesn't.

You could just leave the 3DS on all of the time, but I don't know if that burns out your screen or something else bad happens. Even then, you'd have to leave in on for 3 weeks straight!!!

If I remember correctly it's somewhere around 800 hours. Feelsbad when I remember I have 500 ish hours on Terraria and 700 on League, and I love those way more than acnl.
Having it be a portable game really upped my hours. For two years I had 3 hour daily travel to and from college by bus, so I racked up hours like craaaazy.

Woah 800?? That's amazing. I have an hour commute by bus too, but it makes me feel so paranoid when I whip out my 3ds around strangers haha.
I reset my town 2 weeks ago, and I just got the 50-hour badge. I think I had the silver badge in my previous town before I reset.

Ofc this is across 2 ds's and I've used both at the same time before. Doesn't count for a lot, but it's there.
I've also reset a number of times haha.
Overall, I have over about 600 hours in the game, but I reset about a year ago now, so it is probably more than double that if I count my old town! The game really sucks you in and distracts you from how fast time is actually moving in my opinion.
