How many characters are you going to make?

I haven't seen a thread for this, but if there is one, apologies!

How many characters are you going to have and what are you going to use them for? Do you think you'll use them about as often as your Mayor character, or are they just going to be for storage? Perhaps you intend on waiting until you finish your current character's house, or did you add another one right away?

I'm going to make my second one very soon, I'd like to have another character/different face. I dislike when the villagers constantly talk about the other character, though, so I'm procrastinating as to prevent it from becoming a hot topic around town.

I always have my first one as just me, using my name and such. I usually play as them only for a while, eventually one of my siblings asks to make a character or I'll create a boy character to mix it up a bit. It's good to try out different faces/hair and such.

I have a boy and girl, but roughly 97% f time goes towards my boy(mayor). I always make both genders in most games.

I only have 1 right now, the boy mayor. I was waiting for Shampoodle to open in my town to make the second (it finally opens tomorrow!). I'm planning to make a girl character to have more storage space and to be able to get more fortunes from Katrina in a day (so her shop will open a little faster) and so I can get Saharah twice in one day (for more chances of the Saharah-only wallpaper and floors).

I'm considering making 4 characters just to help with the Katrina/Saharah thing, but if I do, they won't be permanent characters. My town feels crowded sometimes with the mayor, 9 villagers, and the public works projects I currently have built as it is.

I only have one character at the moment, Mayor Clover. I'd like a boy character too, but I don't want to waste space for PWPs and such...

I've made all four already and I plan on using them for storage, as well as houses to decorate with certain themes. One of my houses will be made to look like a cabin in the woods and it sits next to my campsite; it'll be some sort of inn. My second mule has the full Zen exterior and it's on its own peninsula with an orchard. My last mule is a convenience store that holds my 7-11 items. I'll expand it to add more rooms for Brewster prizes and sloppy furniture as I collect it over time.

My Mayor is always going to be my main focus, but I guess there could be a time where I lose interest in her and want to play on another character. Until then, my mules are just sitting there, lol.

I currently have two characters, but just made the second one yesterday. I think I'm going to use all four slots and then sort of try and go for the HHA house themes as well as general house themes. Having problems deciding what kind of furniture my main character should have, though, I like too many themes.

I think I'll probably end up having my main character with a more casual style, a male character with a fancier style, a female character with a cute/fancy style and a male character with a gamer style.

I'm also sort of waiting to finish more projects, so I know where I can put their houses. I might just do it as I finish renovating each character's house since I waited until I was done with my first one to make a second house. Still, it might be good to make them sooner so I can start collecting furniture for them.

I currently have two. I created the second to manage all my pathing designs. I'm going to create two more to get more DLCs (specifically the non-reorderable ones) and I'll probably want to create more designs too, so I'll need the extra hands. And also, I don't have room in my house for all the furniture sets I like, so I'll be decorating the other houses as well as I obtain all the stuff I like.

I have 2 at the moment...my main female character Mayor Rhya and my male character, Loki. Unsure if i'll make anymore just yet, 2 is enough for now.

A second character is planned for sure, but other than that nothing is set in stone. Second character will be for paths and a second house theme.

I'm thinking it's just for a breath of fresh air.

New face, new name, new identity around town and all that, it can be fun to have an alter-ego and a fresh house to build from the bottom up.

I have my original character with my name (Maddy) as the mayor, but I also made a second character (Kalel) to store all of my path patterns on ^.^

I was thinking a boy character... But I'd like a name to do with nature, or to fit into my 'Fourleaf Clover' theme. Maybe something relating to luck?
If anyone has any suggestions, please post Heheheh.

I only have one character at the moment, but I might make another one to store all the path patterns, if I decide to use more complex paths.

I've finished making my characters for a while now. Mayor Euan is of course my main, and his sidekick Euanna is my second.

I probably will have 4 characters total, so I can visit Katrina the max amount of times every time she visits so that I can get the fortune telling place in the city. I actually will probably delete characters and start new ones just to get more visits and continue doing this until I get a lot closer to 20 fortune reads. So if you have 4 characters, Katrina only has to visit 5 times for you to get 20 reads, and a fortune telling place in the city. Pretty simple.
