...after one villager leaves does another move in?

Astrid left me on the 12th, I'm now on the 24th and no new plot! Would have thought I would have had one by now. I've got Roscoe moving out on the 25th as well and now I'm worried no one will replace him either.

What's going on? I swear my game is broken!

Haha, don't worry about it, it's understandable you're doubting your game after what happened with Astrid.

Speaking of which, maybe you could either make a new thread asking what happened or edit the title of your old thread to see if that will get you more answers. I wasn't able to figure it out, but there are a lot of people with TT experience here who might know what happened.
